My grandpa picks up rims like this for no reason anywhere he finds them. He picks up anything I guess. I let him have my scooter because he wanted to combine it with this one he found. Anyway, my parents wouldn't let me bring this back to give to him (they knew he would like it better than the stuff they payed for) so this was the next best thing.
