Sai and Steven and I made Ahmad a pyramid cake today. In case you're wondering, it tasted a lot better than the pyramid volcano double layer ice cream poptart cake since we remembered to beat the batter this time. Here were some quotes from Ahmad when we showed him the cake and then some more that occurred later on.*Upon showing him the cake*
Ahmad: It’s funny because I’m from Egypt and they have pyramids there.
Me: Should we ceranwrap the cake or should we leave it open?
Sai: We can probably just leave it open.
Me: Ok, I just wasn’t sure about it’s structural integrity
Ahmad: Oh, I’M sure about it’s structural integrity.
Ahmad: I’m sure my mom will enjoy this with every bite, taking her back to her days of playing in sand and climbing pyramids.
Ahmad: Well thank you for reuniting me with my heritage.

There is one slice (the large type of slice) left of that cake in my freezer.
