This is hopefully legal....

So here I am going to post my picks for the second round of the NFL playoffs. I felt like since I was 4 for 4 in the first round, I would try my luck this round. I added point differences this time. After I post my thoughts, I will post the Vegas decisions to the best that I can read them. I got the Vegas opinions for free, so it should be legit. My decisions are independent and were not affected by the Vegas decisions, although we seem to have agreed on what team will win because that is mostly common sense.

Seattle at Green Bay = Green Bay +6
Seattle's defense might come online, but the game will rest on their shoulders especially if Matt is still complaining about his wrist. Favre, unfortunately for us, can wipe the floor with Seattle and will more than likely end our Super Bowl dream.

Jacksonville at New England = New England +14
This on is almost a no-brainer. Jacksonville had a good season, but New England had THE good season. I think New England is going to the Super Bowl and if they don't I will be both happy and shocked.

San Diego at Indianapolis = Indianapolis +6
The Chargers didn't look so good last week when they struggled to get some points on the board, but in the end they were really working together. If they do the same as last game, the Colts will have a chance to get more points on the board early on.

New York at Dallas = Dallas + 3
This one is hard to tell, but I really think Dallas can take New York.

Vegas Time!!!!!!

I'm not an expert on how to read what the Vegas odds are telling me, but this is what Vegas is generally predicting to the best of my ability.

Seattle at Green Bay = Green Bay +8
Possible Snow Showers and Temperatures in the '20s. Green Bay looks to be ahead throughout the entire game.

Jacksonville at New England = New England +13.5
At the rate it's been going, I expect it to be +14 by kickoff. New England will dominate the entire game and the weather looks to be cold, but dry.

San Diego at Indianapolis = Indianapolis +9
San Diego's Tight End Gates looks doubtful for playing. Indianapolis' Wide Reciever Harrison seems probable. I had to check the weather and it looks like it will be about 30 degrees with a chance of snow showers.

New York at Dallas = Dallas +8
Dallas' Wide Reciever Owens practiced today so he should be playing. I had to look up the weather again and it looks like it will be about 55 degrees and sunny.

So basically I agree mostly with Vegas, but they have put more thought into it than me because I didn't take weather or players into account. I just looked at the team as a whole. Anyway, things look like this will be a weekend for the home team advantage. I've never bet on sports, does anyone want to bet with me for fun? I would want to keep it small if we do since there are four games.

Ah well, time to get my Grandmaster Cartographer title.

Peace out.

Where t f did I write his name?

Don't worry, I'm not uninformed, it was just a typo on a bad word to mispell, especially when I'm talking about football.
