Leaving Tomorrow

Alrighty. I know I didn't play Starcraft since Christmas. I've been on a busy schedule:
8:00- Wake up
8:01- Prepare food and eat it
8:30- Play "The Godfather" on 360
12:00- Prepare and eat lunch
12:30- Play "The Godfather" on 360
6:00- Eat dinner
7:00- Family watches movie, move to computer and play flight simulator
10:00- Watch some random manly movie (Rocky, The Godfather 2, etc.)
12:00- Go to sleep
Then it repeats.
So far, I have played Gears of War for 2 hours; Oblivion for 1 hour; Call of Duty for 30 minutes; Blazing Angels for 1 hour; and The Godfather for 30 hours. Yes, I have almost beaten it 100%. It is SO fun and SO very addicting. So the point of this post is to let people know that I am leaving for California with ma famlily to see our friends that we see about once a year. I haven't seen my friend and her family since July '05 (see post for reference (don't really, it's boring)). I will get back on January 2nd. School gets back in on the 3rd, that's a Wednesday. I think that that weekend following the school getting back in, preferrably the Saturday, we should have a system link with Gears of War. Also, my 6 months are up on my liscence as of yesterday, so I can legally drive y'all. Other than that, I wont talk to any of you until school starts, so have a fun rest of the break. VIVA LA SNOWBALL WAWRS.

In Memory of Gerald Ford

Games Update:

Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Turns out an Xbox 360 controller with a cord can work to controll the game. I got one, so now I have 4 360 controllers, one with a cord. With the controller, the game runs infinately better now and it is very fun.

Oblivion: Teh Secks, enough said.

Blazing Angels: I can see how the tasks get repetitive to some people, but I never get tired of flying around and shooting stuff.

Gears of War: Same as yesterday, same as it will be tomorrow. Greatest game ever.

Call of Duty 3: The one I've played least so far, from what I've seen, I like it.

The Godfather: Wow this one came out of nowhere at me. It's like an RPG adventure game intertwined with the story from the Godfather Trilogy. Actually, this game is pretty much Grand Theft Auto (there are "naughty" women, but no nudity even), but with a Godfather theme. It is so fun and the people look so real. I have about an hour and a half of time put in on it and the characters have dropped about 7 f-bombs so far.

Good Haul

Ok so I'll be honest. I didn't do anything this weekend. On Christmas eve, my family went out to Black Angus for a Christmas Eve dinner. I brought the cube with me because right before we went, I was playing pirates and doing well on the cube while my ship sailed around forever. I guess one thing I did was I beat Pirates 100% and was forced to retire. SAI: What happens is your health goes progressively down as you age. When you hit 42, you might be prompted to retire. I made it to 45. I divided the plunder and retired from pirating to be a governor with my wife. You get a job based on how many fame points I had. Obviously I had the most possible. So on Christmas day, I got a secksyness overhaul in presents. First of all, my Santa present was Microsoft Flight Simulator X, which I know you may think its nerdy (it is) but its really fun. I can even plug my 360 controller into the computer to control Flight Sim. Oh yeah speaking of the 360 controller, I got a 360. I have 3 controllers for it. Along with the 360, I got Blazing Angels (very good flying WW2 game), Oblivion (huge orgasm good), Call of Duty 3(bigger orgasm good), the Godfather (looked cool, haven't tried it yet), and finally, Gears of War (penis exploding of severe orgasm awesome secksness). My cousin came over for christmas and we played it for a while. It's hard with one person, but with two its really fun. So really, I don't know why I'm bothering to make a post, or why I'm going to put up pictures. Well I might eventually. Snowball wars this week, I leave to visit my friend in California and her family with my family on saturday. I wont get back until January 2nd. Peace and love(aww). OK whatever.

El Sicko es El Baddo

Well this school week was the hardest easy week ever. The problem was I had mentally checked out already because of the power outage. We had a math test on Monday that, uh, well let's ignore that subject. Now the Chemistry test was different. Thanks to studying with Steven and Sai, I felt more confident about that one. On tuesday, it was my easy day. No tests, a movie in APUSH, the day off from Harshman (omg yeah that really happened), and just hanging around in English. After school, Steven and I played some Snowball Wars. On wednesday the Snowball Wars marathon officially kicked off. Steven had a party, but I decided not to go partly because I am really sick, but getting over it today, and another reason because it was my Grandparents' 60th anniversary. Well it would have been, but my Grandma died, so we took my Grandpa out for a nice dinner so that he wouldn't be alone. It was a good dinner at Tony Roma's. Great steak. On Thursday, there was more Snowball Warrage (this is Starcraft for those of you that don't know). Also, I beat Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. That game was Teh Secks © by me 2006. So today, I am awaiting further Snowball Warrage. That's it for now.

UNDERGROUND POWER SUCKS BALLS

Well it looked like we would actually get stuck with a 5er (5 day week) in here last week. That was, of course, until we had a HUGE FREAKING WIND STORM with 65 MPH gusts on Thursday night. I looked outside and the tree across the street was bent at almost a 45* angle. Somehow, our lights survived. So the power I guess went off at 11:00. I was asleep, but my mom said she was awake for it. Now since we have underground power, our power is not only easier to go out (we have like the monthly outage) and its harder to fix. Never get it. So there was a lot of damage. On the fence between the west neighbors, about 40 feet of fence fell down. On our east neighbors (the annoying ones) we lost about 10 feet of fence. The back fence is only held up by the many trees along it. Syre down the street got pwned by power lines. I will try to put in some pictures of the damage after school. Yeah I'm in healthy adult living now and we are going over some crisis or something, something I know how to handle. On thursday, I went to Steven's house to study for the Chem test with him and Sai. We learned some stuff and Sai made some pwnage remembering songs. I left before the storm got too bad. So on friday, I really didn't feel like going anywhere. Kathryn and I just played a ton of games all day. The power came on sometime Saturday morning between 12 and 8. Some people in this class only lost it for 4 hours and some didn't lose it at all. Wtf. Ghey. On saturday, hmmm. I don't remember, probably because I just sat around all day playing Splinter Cell. On Sunday, my Grandparents (mom's parents) came into town for an exchange of presents and because we hadn't seen them in a while. Oh yeah there was also that my grandpa wanted to purchase his new Cadillac Escalade (you won't catch him ridin dirty). So we went to F.X. McRory's in Seattle across from Quest Field, down the street from King's Street Station. They came in on the train so we could take them to their car. Their train was 1 1/2 hours late, so we got a table in F.X. McRory's (famous sports bar) arount 1:00. They got in at 1:50. We brought them in and ate lunch and finished lunch and left around 4:00. That was an interesting 3 hour lunch. I also am very tired of Pepsi after all the Pepsi I drank there. So we drove them to buy their new Escalade. It was really nice. It turned out to be Dale Chehuli (not sure of spelling(glass artist from Seattle))'s old car. It had a ton of cool features like an automatic raising and closing gate and a heated steering wheel. That is good because my grandparents need the extra help because they are getting old. So after they left, we took off to IKEA to pick up some frames that mom needed. We got done at IKEA at 5:45 and I remembered that I had to be at Confirmation at 6:00. I made it from IKEA to Shoreline in 30 minutes (new record!). I may have exceeded the speed limit at all times, but that is not important. So I was about 20 minutes late for Confirmation and Maddy wasn't there so it was awkward because I don't really know anyone else in my group and one of the girls is kind of crazy. So I watched the end of Survivor after that, which was actually pretty crazy. The guy that should have won didn't and whatever, its not important. Now I need to get back to ma studying for math.

I Hope I'm Not Overwhelming People With All The Updates This Week

Yeah so this weekend was kind of strange. It was the first short weekend we've had in a long time. So on friday, my parents had to go to a play with some friends. They ordered pizza for Kathryn and I. So I am later informed that the neighbor kids need someone to look after them. Kathryn is volunteered. Mom suggests that "Oh I should show them Lego Star Wars 2." I tried to tell her it was a bad idea by saying it only supports two people, but she insisted so it was bad. They played it forever and I haven't played Lego Star Wars since then because I'm somewhat mad at it for existing. I haven't beaten it 100% yet, so I will go back to it later. I have taken a liking to Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory though. There's something cool about shooting out more lightbulbs in a level than killing more people. On Saturday, I had the ACT. Steven, Jake, Katie D, Dan, and I were all in the same room. There were quite a few people from other schools there. The test didn't seem too hard, except for the math portion, where I had just learned a couple of the questions on friday in math class. The hardest part was copying this phrase saying I didn't cheat in my own writing, in cursive. Well I don't right in cursive, so it doesn't count I guess. Anyway, my attempt at cursive was like the horrible love child of Daedric and Cursive. I have only really used cursive three times besides this since I learned it in 2nd grade. Two of those three times, I had a cursive dictionary. So the ACT lasts 5 hours, but that is barely enough time, I found. I was able to guess in the instance that I didn't know though without being docked points. After that, Dad took me to Taco Del Mar for finishing lunch. Later in the day, my parents informed me that they were going to go out to a play with other friends (I know, WTF) and that their two youngest daughters were coming over. Well without their two older kids, a year younger and older than me, I saw no point in staying. I went and hung out at my Grandpa's house, putting up Christmas decorations at his house. On Sunday, I did some homework and played some Splinter Cell. For dinner, I was on my own again, because Mom and Dad had to go to this new restaurant that my Dad's bank financed. They didn't spend much time because they said it was pretty queer. Coming from my Mom saying that, it must have been the flamingest joint ever because she is really liberal about homos. Today was a short day and nothing much really happened. I might post more than once this week, but don't hold your breath. At least Sai updated.

I've broken the habit

I signed on to battle.net today to see the official time of the last Starcraft game I played. At exactly 8:30 earlier tonight, I completed a whole month without Starcraft. I am very proud of myself at times, being able to allow time for other things, like homework. I no longer feel compelled to sign on when I see that one of my friends is playng, mainly because the people I played with most also quit. I am looking forward to the marathon of Snowball Wars with Steven and Keir coming up, but that is tradition, so I promise to everyone and myself that it will not affect or bring back my addiction. You may see me on battle.net more now, but I will not let myself become a serious addict again.

Finishing the week of uber micrpwnage

Ok Sai, I will take off your last name from the last title as soon as your update your blog. Anyway, I was able to finish off this week with more pwning. On thursday, the APUSH John Brown groups presented and I think ours was the best looking. Joseph really did a good job on it and it turned out good, as well as the iMovie. In band, it was the day of the concert and Harshman was rightfully stressed to the maxxorz because we sucked. Eventually he became "depressedly enhappied" with us because we tried harder. So in Fortress, Zac has first part on that because I let him. Harshman got really mad at him and this happened.
Harshman: Who is second part on this?
David: I am.
Harshman: *sigh* David play your part there.
*I play it exactly the way he wanted it*
Harshman: Yes that's what I want, Zac play your part.
*Zac stumbles and falls over his part*
Harshman: David do you think you play Zac's part?
David: Ok
*David plays it right first try*
Harshman: David do you think you could play 1st part on Fortress tonight?
David: Sure
Harshman: Ok

Later, after the solo (the first time I ever played it):

Harshman: Thank you David, we have been practicing this long and this is the first time I heard that solo on time.

So basically, I continued to pwn Zac all of band. In english that day, we just watched the Crucible movie, which had a kind of sad ending that made all the girls (and Christian(faking it)) cry. It was awkward after that. On today, I didn't really do much in Healthy Adult Living, except I used this graphing program on my computer to graph two spheres and a cylinder if you catch my drift. I later graphed a couple of spheres as well. I think I will try to make a whole person now that I am getting good with that program and understanding complicated graphs. In Chemistry, there was an experiment and Eric Chan told me and steven to B A(be in the "A" group). We took his advice and got the best part. We first burned copper (kind of boring), then we got to burn Magnesium. When magnesium burns, it is like a flash grenade. It eminates a high intensity white light that hurts to look directly into (I learned this the hard way). That was really cool. My parents have something tonight and tomorrow night, so I will probably be home the whole time. I have the ACT tomorrow, and if this week's trend continues, I will pwn it.

VIVA LA SNOWBALL WAWRS.

Sasha (censored since he updated) you have not posted in one whole month! For Shame!

I had to make a special mid week post because of many things that happened so far this week. They are good things, other than this being the one month anniversary of Sai not updating his blog. Ok so Monday, I played Lego Star Wars 2 in the morning, then went to Orion's house, where He, Davis, Steven, and I played Conflict Desert Storm 2: Back To Baghdad. I really didn't mind being the medic (bitch) character because it was a really fun game despite the graphics. I think that it would work well with Mercenaries physics and graphics. So we played it for about 6 hours and I re-learned that I suck at stealth, which is why I still haven't beaten level 1 of Chaos Theory. There are other reasons for that, such as Xbox failure a couple times. I am inclined to use my "boom stick" I guess. That was another good thing was the list of descriptions of the characters. They were all such bs, but the best one was Orion's guy, Foley. I put in some notes in parentheses about reactions to it. His description was that he passed at the top of his class in every sniper school (those exist?) he attended (there are more than one?). He also holds the distance record for a fatal wound in one shot, 2 miles (WTF NOT POSSIBLE). ON tuesday, in band, Orion and I got strange letters saying our teachers of math thought we were good at math and that we should join math club. I joined to be the token white kid. Davis and Sai joined as well with Orion, Wilfred, Dan, and I. Dan also convinced me to join Knowledge Bowl. I am in it now because I was in the picture. Today, I missed the FBLA picture, AGAIN, by 5 minutes, AGAIN. We (Davis, Orion, Steven, and I) also got the bright idea to crash the Gamer's club picture. We showed up with videogame stuff (gamers play board games) and none of them showed up, so we brought up Stefano, Jake, and Joseph in the picture with us, so Yearbook is going to have an interesting name figuring out the gamer's club page. The math meeting went well and that is about it so far. We made loud noises in chemistry with hydrogen and oxygen. I played too much lego star wars after school this week so far (9 hours in 2 days), so I'm stopping until tomorrow. That's it though.

Bananaoracle89: UPDATE; Bananaoracle89: UPDATE!!

Luckily for me, Davis reminded me to update yesterday. Hopefully I interpreted it right and he actually was referring to my blog. So this week was kind of like Thanksgiving week because we had a reverse half day on monday with a late start because of snow. On tuesday, we had no school because the roads were too icy. So I missed a lot of fun that day because I couldn't get up any of my hills to get to Steven's house. On Wednesday, there was another snow day because the ice was still around. I couldn't go anywhere that day either. Between the two snow days, I did 25 CIDs, Beat the Lego Star Wars 2 story mode, beat Mercenaries for the 3rd time, watched 4 seasons of Red vs. Blue again, and a lot of other homework and videogames as well. On thursday, the temperature went up and we were able to go to school after the delay. Friday was a normal day, unfortunately. As long as it wasn't a snow day, I was fine. On Saturday, I was around most of the day, but then we took my grandpa out to eat somewhere. Right now, I'm just finishing my last couple of CID's so I can fully enjoy being a medic with a shotgun.

Monday, November 27, 2006

So it was snowing yesterday and we had a 1 1/2 hour delay today. I decided that since the cul-de-sac was empty, I would make a smiley face in it. As soon as I stepped out into the snow, I realized I had no shoes on. Despite this, I made the happy face and my feet were cold for a long time. That was a good excuse to sit in front of the fire and play videogames for a while. Posted by Picasa

Screw beta. I want hello.

This is a test. This is only a test. Had this been a real emergency, you would have been told to hide by me because I can pwn natural disasters like no other. In the event that this picture and post work, this is the reason why Sai enjoys Pirates. Posted by Picasa

IEEEE why the have not I updated?

Let me just say that blogger beta sucks. Now I can't use hello to post good pictures. I have to use picasa, but it keeps crapping out on me. So anyway yeah its been a while since my last meaningful post, so I'll try to keep it brief. I would have posted a week ago, but there was much homeworking and events happening. So I will start the day after my last post: Monday, November 13. So it was monday the 13th, which is bad if you are Garfield because he hates monday the 13th. Nothing much happened from monday to friday. It was another 5 day week between the two 3 day weeks. So on Saturday, my uncle was supposed to come "any minute." I decided that I wouldn't do my homework like I originally planned because I didn't want to be in the middle of it when he got here (OCD strikes again). So he had this boeing training on new planes thing (he is a pilot and I never get to see him). It was supposed to be done in mid afternoon. I did some homework from 1-2 then waited. Eventually, Sai helped me put pirates on my computer. So I looked at the clock when it was done and it was 4:00. For some reason, I didn't do my homework and played pirates. It is actually a really fun game. So then he showed up at 6:30 and we went to Spiros. On Sunday, my dad remembered he hadn't called my grandpa the night before like he said he would, so he did and grandpa had been waiting for us to come to take him to dinner and he didn't eat until 9. Oops. Well we took him out to lunch with us and my uncle at this microbrewery restaurant in U village. I brought my homework along to do. I needed the internet at one point. I looked at my laptop screen and low and behold, I was recieving the Apple store next door's internet at full. That was the pwnage. That night, I had to go to confirmation. OMFG ITS SO BORING. You eat for the first half hour, but the food sucks. Plus the only people I knew in the class were not there. Maddy showed up, but she was late for some reason (I think it was Bryce). So anyway my uncle left the next morining. I finished my homework in the next 3 day week, but it took over my life and I needed that long weekend to get my sanity back. Anyhow, my English class has gotten better because I am in a group with Bryce and Maxwell Vincent (who has proven to be less of an asshole). We are in the back of the room too. I sit next to Christian Shaber, but he is never there, so that's a plus. So on Wednesday, Davis, Steven, Orion, Sai, Ben, Alex, Oliver, Oliver's brother, and I all went to see Borat. The movie was definately not without it's moments. It wasn't the best thing I've seen, but I've seen a lot worse. I did not like the big naked wrestling scene. That was really awkward. I did like however:
Borat: So you are telling me, my wife. She eez dead?
Mailman Guy: Yes sir, I'm afraid that's true.
*Pause*
Borat: HIGH FIVE-a
Afterwards, my mom dropped Davis, Orion, Steven, Sai, and I at Orion's house. We played some Halo2 because it was more balanced (no pistol sniping). So a phenomenon occured while we played the game. When Sai was there, I always got second to him. When Sai left, I was second to Steven. When Steven left, I was second to Davis. That's me, doomed to be second place. So eventually, it was just Davis, Orion, and I. We decided to switch off with Soul Caliber. It turns out I'm not half bad at that game. I even got Davis to (reluctantly) call me "the pwnerer." Fighting games are too simple. A good win strategy is to go Y,Y,X,X,X,X..... until the enemy is dead. So on Thursday, it was Thanksgiving. I went to my aunt and uncle's house in Kent. Me and my cousin played Ghost Recon on his 360 until it was time for dinner, then we played more after dinner. It was an average thanksgiving. On friday, I went to take my grandpa to a doctor's appointment, then I spent the day working on his house for him because our whole family is trying to slowly get rid of the tons (literally over 50 tons of junk on a lot about 3/4 the size of my lot. On friday, my family watched this Prarie home companion movie while I played pirates. I need one more lost city. Then we all watched Nacho Libre. That movie was also not without its moments. On saturday, not much happened. I got to just veg the whole day pretty much. Except for my neighbor who puts up his lights first all the time was gone, so my family and the older guy that lives on the end of the cul-de-sac took advantage of the nonrain and put up lights on both our houses so our neighbor could come home to see how we beat him. I saw happy feet that night. It was a strange movie. Enough said about that. I went to sleep saturday night after watching the terminator and I woke up to snow. It was about 1/4 or less of an inch, and it turned to rain by noon. It's trying to come back now, but it has been for a while and its going to melt by tomorrow. That's ok because I don't need to make a 4 day weekend a 5 day one. Sorry about the long post, but just remember, this is 2 weeks worth of stuff, so you would have (maybe) read it all eventually. Peace out until later. I will try to prevent this from happening again.

New home for blog in beta land

Yeah I just moved to beta blogger. Not much different than the last one. This last week was ok. The three day week was good. On thursday, mom got an email response back from Mr. Guthrie in which he complained about my "detached and innatentive demeanor." This may be because before I have a chance to come up with something smart to say that adds to the discussion, he ends it. I also noticed that he gives the main talkers the opportunity to start and end discussions. So mom did the usual, she threatened to kick me off Starcraft if my grades don't improve in 2 weeks. Ok so unless I have some test, this looks bad. Fortunately, I haven't played Starcraft since Wednesday because of the unfortunate dissolving until further notice of the clan. I got Destroy All Humans 2 and I've been playing that. I also got Lego Star Wars 2, which I let Kathryn play too because it makes mom give me more vg time. My fish died this weekend too, which was sad. I saw the new Pure Pwnage and it Pwned. There was also some SSBM&MP at Steven's house. I would also like to thank the half of the soccer team that decided to skip the game, making the rest of us drive around looking for the field only to have to forfeit and not be able to leave until the lights kicked us off the field. If you didn't come to the game and you see me, cover your balls because they might get a kicking. Jake, Eric, and Justin B are exempt because they actually announced that they wouldn't go. Gotta go, it's homework time.

Metro Natural? Wtf Seattle? Now people will think we are gayish hippies

Yeah some n00b made Seattle's new catch phrase "Metro Natural." People in Arizona even heard about it and were like wtf. As my mom said, "This new slogan will make people "say wa?"(previous catch phrase). So the rest of this week was slightly uneventful. We lost to the blue angels, but in typical us fashion, we made sure they didnt score all the goals. Owen scored one on us. Oh and by the way, if anybody wants to pwn damian, by all means don't let me stop you. I will if I get the chance. Friday was cool because there were magnets in chemistry. On friday night, I embarassed myself by losing first to eric in a tvt, then albert in a zvp. I beat albert later on, but eric still remains at large on my to do list. I went to this college fair on saturday, which was too crowded. I saw steven. I also saw daniel fuerte(strong). After that, mom decided since I'm getting confirmed, I have to go to church. I stuck it to the man by wearing shorts and a sweatshirt. There were other people wearing that too, so the sticking didn't go as planned. Today, I go to get the CID terms and the Pessimism terms and lo and behold, the website is down for service. I am now convinced that our district is run by a retard. Sai and I managed to get the terms and there are twice as many as usual, so we might split the work. Heh Heh. G2g peace out.

yeah ma bad i forgot to post

So yeah stuff has happened. The whole week wasn't too bad. English got new seats and I have the best possible one after the worst possible one. I finally understood chemistry. Little stuff like that. That weekend, I got to play some serious SC. On monday, not much. Tuesday the same. Today actually not much either. Wow, this has been a boring week. Actually stuff happened, I just forgot to post and forgot it. I bet everyone reading likes that though because it means short post.

Five Hundredth Post

That's right, this is post number 500. There's that thing that tells you how many posts when you sign in. I didn't go back and count. SO anyway this has been an interesting week. Tuesday was normal, as was Wednesday. On thursday, there was a soccer game in which we didn't do very well, until the second half when we improved a little (props to jake on juking the goalie)(antiprops to alvaro and damian for being fags). Friday was my sister's birthday. Not much besides family coming over for that. Very boring because she got all american girl or whatever stuff. No variety whatsoever. Saturday, there was the PSAT, not too hard actually, but I didn't like leaving some questions blank. Also on saturday, I went and cleaned up my grandpa's house for company sunday. That night, my family and I went to see Wynton Marselas (famous trumpet jazz guy) at the Paramount. I saw him and it was cool and I also met Lawrence Fishburn(morpheus from the matrix(the black with small sunglasses). That was cool. Sunday was my grandma's memorial service. Before that, there was a meeting for family at grandpa's house. For lunch, My cousins, my sister, and I went to Arby's to get 20 roast beef sandwiches and 10 fries(there were a lot of people). That was the biggest order the lady at the counter had ever taken apparently (I was like oh really? What an idiot, just give me my damn food). There were a lot of people there at the memorial service later. It filled the whole church. My other cousin who is the older in her family and I read something even though I am not Lutheran. I read something by Thessalonians(Rome Total War!) and she read something from Corinthians (Rome Total War!). Her reading was stupid. It said something like Jesus is risen and we are saved, but if he is not risen then we are not saved(it goes on to say that about 16 different ways before saying) but he is risen so we are saved. After that, a bunch of the people went to my grandpa's house where there was a party of sorts. It was more like a family reunion. My 3rd cousins (whatever my dad's cousin's kids are to me) were there, who we like to hang out with. We had wheelchair vs. walker races. I almost won, but when I tried to go fast in the wheelchair backwards, I went too fast and spun and was ejected from the chair, losing by just a few feet. That was fun to do. That was pretty much it. No starcraft in the whole weekend, but no homework either. I'm going to do my homework in the weekday this week, so that I will definately have the full next weekend for whatever. Hopefully lots of SC.

HAhahahah. Hahahaha! Oh, that's good. You went to Homecoming, didn't you?

Ok so this week has not been as bad as last week. It was a short week, which helped. Odd classes with early release monday. Regular tuesday and wednesday. Thursday the homecoming assembly in which we came in 2nd. Friday was a tennis match that I shouldn't have lost. I was with this kid that was supposedly good, but that was a misconception i suppose. He tried to poach at the net, but got pwned. After that was the SW football game. The halftime show went well. Edmonds Woodway couldn't get to 100 and settled at 49. We at least got a touchdown. Saturday, we lost our soccer game because we were a man down, then a Steven down for the last 10 or so minutes. That night, Sai, Steven, and Orion came over for the manly movie party. We broke Sai's sleeping at someone else's house virginity, BY WHICH I MEAN this was his first time staying at someone else's overnight. We started with the Godfather 1, then Goodfellas, then Rambo 3, then Sin City, then Scary Movie 4. The picture of the balls explosion is in Rambo 3. He hangs a guy then blows him up. That movie was teh uber uber manly. On sunday, I didn't do much. Now I need to do these stupid CID's and start my chemistry lab write up.

I think this speaks for itself, me and everyone else in APUSH for that matter Posted by Picasa

You know its a manly movie when some grenade a guy had on his chest explodes in the vicinity of his balls. Posted by Picasa

Sai really wanted to watch this movie. Posted by Picasa

It's not technology unless it is also fashion. Posted by Picasa

Worst. Week. Ever.

Yeah this week has definately been teh sucks and I can come up with a reason why for each day.

Sunday: Stfu Sunday doesn't count.

Monday: So on monday it was a normal C day until 6th period. I got called to my counselor telling me to "bring all my stuff." I at least got out of English, but I was getting worried of something worse. So when I get to the office, I see mom and I think "OMFG I'M SCREWED." Well she is crying and it turns out my grandma's heart stopped in her sleep (dad's mom). So we go pick up Kathryn at Einstein and go over to her house. My grandpa, dad, uncle and aunt and aunt are already there. My other cousin was too. So that was the worst day of the week by far. Luckily I had no homework because I was there from 1:20ish to 9:30ish.

Tuesday: Oh yeah so tuesday wasn't really a bundle of joy either. Right after school again, I had to go to my grandpa's house to see him again with the family. I had a lot of homework and I wound up staying up quite late because of having to be there late again.

Since my grandpa hasn't been alone in about 60 years, people in the family were staying at his house overnight.

Wednesday: Tennis match vs. Kamiak at Kamiak HS. Me and David Ishkanov were 3 doubles, the last match that counts towards the score. Its tied 3-3 so we need to win. Well we lost by the closest amount you could lose by. It sucks that we lost, but it sucks more we were so close.

Thursday: Harshman proved he hates Zac and I when he tried his new experimental seating. Basically, he sticks the 5 least attractive flutes in front of us. He told them he wasn't doing it as punishment to them. I'm like DAMN STRAIGHT HE WAS PUNISHING US. GRARRRRR. I have to check my awesome music a lot now because I don't want to look at tori. So Zac keeps trying to get with this one girl that has a short shirt.
Zac: psst David look at that.
Me: It's her back wtf you can't see anything interesting but her spine.
Zac: Yeah but look.
Me: Zac you have incredibly low standards.
Zac: Oh yeah well how many girlfriends have you ever had?
Me: Stfu.
Oh yeah we also lost our soccer game. My mom got pissed at Alvaro (now everyone in my family hate him) and my dad got mad at Eric. Eric must never play goal again. A ball bounced about his hand height and he missed it. He throws like a girl and kicks like .0001% of Justin Blackwood.

Friday: Nothing can really ruin friday, but we had that darn band practice that is boring to do. Chemistry was really funny too because Orion and I were watching Kayla make blank stares for really long amounts of time and she looked funny. Also Sam stuck a piece of some straw in my ear, which was wierd. I also made a super straw and pwned Orion with it, but I had to dismantle it.

Saturday: Stfu. Saturday doesn't count either.

SlayerS_'Boxer'

This article is a direct copy of what I read on Wikipedia. It was updated today. Read the Major Accomplishments section to know why Ben, Sai, and I are sad. I know more of you are, but only the three of us were on when I found out. It is located at the bottom part of the post.

Lim Yo-Hwan, known by the pseudonym SlayerS_`BoxeR` (usually shortened to Boxer), was one of the most successful players of the real-time strategy game StarCraft to date. He was the most popular Starcraft player with a fan club of almost 600,000 members and a DVD compilation of his greatest games released in South Korea.

Lim had an impressive record with 435 wins and 284 losses in his professional career. This success had brought him the highest salary of professional gaming, exceeding an annual income of $300,000 US Dollars per year, excluding prize money and endorsements (which would equal to ~$900,000 U.S) . In 2004 he was voted the greatest gamer of all time by readers of ESReality, one of the most popular western electronic sports websites, and in June 2006 he was included in an MTV list of "The 10 Most Influential Video Gamers Of All Time" [1].

Lim first came to fame by dominating professional Starcraft while choosing to use the Terran race at a time when this was seen as a relatively weak choice in comparison to the other two Starcraft armies. In fact, Lim admits in an interview that he actually choose Protoss as his race when starting to play early on, but choose the more defensive Terran race over the offensive Protoss or Zerg. This reign of dominance earned him the nickname the "Terran Emperor" among Koreans. During this early time in his career he innovated heavily, creating many new strategies which are still copied today, most notably making much more effective use of the Terran Dropship unit than had been achieved in the past. He also gained a reputation for being able to turn around matches against the odds and having excellent micromanagement (unit control) skills. In contrast, his weakness is thought by some commentators to be poor macromanagement (economy/unit production) skills in comparison to other top-level professional Starcraft players, although his macromanagement has improved over the last few years.

Though recently he has seen a gradual loss of dominance with other players improving at a faster pace and catching up to him, he was ranked 11th in the April 2006 Korea E-Sports Progamer Association (KeSPA) rankings, and made it to the finals of the EVER OnGameNet Starleague of late 2004 (losing to iloveOOv by three games to two) and the finals of the 2005 So1 OnGameNet Starleague (losing to Anytime by three games to two).

Lim has played professionally since version 1.07 of Starcraft, and has managed to stay competitive by constantly changing his style, and has had a great influence of the development of modern playing styles, especially for Terran players. He is the all-time leader in games played and wins. He is a two time OSL champion, MSL champion, two time WCG champion, and leader of the SK Telecom team. His is considered to have a strong eye for talent in that position, as he drew Choi Yeon-Sung (Iloveoov), among others, from the amateur ranks. His team has consistently been the strongest in the Proleague.

Last August, Lim announced at the MSL group draws that he had received his draft letter from the government, and would be entering the air force by the end of the year. He later said he would try his best to return after his 2.5 years of service.

Major Achievements
World Cyber Games champion (2001, 2002 and the only StarCraft player in the Hall of Fame)
First player to achieve 100 wins in OnGameNet Starleagues (OSL)
First player to win more than one OSL (Hanbitsoft 2001, Coca Cola 2001), and only so far to have won two consecutive OSL's
Longest player to hold first place in KeSPA rankings (17 months)
Has won the WCG twice (only player to do this, however, it should be noted that they changed the system after his 2nd win - previously the winner had been invited automatically to the next WCG, now they had to qualify again).
Won the first KPGA Tour (now MBC starleague).
Has finished 2nd in Ongamenet Starleague 4 times (2001 SKY, 2002 SKY, 2004 EVER, 2005 SO1)
Finished 2nd in the first KT-KTF Premiere league.
Retired on Oct.3, 2006

So right now, it is the very bad. No more great matches. We have lost a good player of the game this day.

It's all in a day's work for an SA pr0. Posted by Picasa

Yep

Nothing too much has happened since the last post. School has been school, which is school. Tennis has been doing good, but we are not going to be undefeated this year. Stick Arena is working on the laptops so that is good. Starcraft has picked up a bit. Yeah not much else to say.

My cousin the anecdote man

I just got an email from my cousin. He is the one that just got married in October and recently moved to Las Vegas. He is trying to hook up with a big casino to work for one, which would be sweet. He also said he is going to give professional poker a try while he's there. My cousin has a ton of really good anecdotes that are really really good. I will now tell you about the two best ones he could tell. These are not lies, they actually happened and how they did, I have no idea still.
Awesome anecdote 1: Back in the day, when he worked for Enterprise, he had to go pick up "a group" from an airport because it was a slow day and the boss let him drive out to SeaTac to pick them up to bring them back to their hotel. He goes to the airport and calls the boss to ask who to look for and the boss describes them. Turns out, he was picking up Blue Oyster Cult (70's rock band). He got to drive BOC around.
Awesome anecdote 2: This is an old one. When he was much younger, he was very wild. He and some friends went to Vegas and saw that the Billboard big party something or other was going on. His friends and him decided to go sneak in because it was very exclusive. His friends went ahead and got in while he went to the bathroom first. When he came out, he was about to go into it, when who should walk up to him and say hello, but Christina Aguilera. There was some story about he was dancing with her for a second(showing off his sweet dance moves?) and that part I don't know is true, but I do know he at least carried on a conversation with her and made it into the thing later.
Yeah my cousin is a pimp and hopefully, I will be as cool as him so I wont need to tell stories about how cool he is while I wait for something to happen to post about.

BOO SKOO. HOORAY BEER!

If you haven't seen those red stripe commercials, you should try to find them. Its just some guy saying hooray beer. They are teh good. So on thursday, school started. I shall now give a rundown of my classes.
1st-Healthy Adult Living- I'm taking this for a health credit because I didn't want to spend my life taking Spanish. So on the friday when we had it, I go from my car to the other side of the school where I was told it was. I soon realized it wasn't there, and realized that my updated schedule said it was in the portables. There, I met with a group of people in the class with me. We had to wander around and get redirected a bunch until we were led to "the hardest room to find on campus." The freaking preschool room. So the chairs are a foot off the ground. I sit at a table with a bunch of seniors and a girl that is in college and took this class for I dont know why. It is a good class.
2nd-APUSH-The mother of all classes. Guthrie is such an awesome teacher, but unfortunately his homework is not as fun as he is. Oh well. I keep telling myself, its this or history day. Nothing he can throw at me will make me want to do history day again.
3rd-Math Analysis-Davis is in this class and Marapao is not very hard, so I may have a chance at a B.
4th-Band-Well it's band. That's about all I can say. Too many flutes though. All speaking their asian (Orion: ching chong Mazda Subaru)
5th-Chemistry- I picked an element next to Orion's so I sit next to him. Davis is right behind us. Poor Steven is farther away. That class should not be too hard and we will actually get experiments.
6th-English-THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW ENGLISH SUCKS. I at least like my class, but none of my real friends are there. Now we have a seating chart and I am in the front with my screen facing the teacher. No fun in that class.
That's it for now. APUSH is giving homework again.

Dutch Priest Charged in Madonna Threat

By Associated Press
Fri Sep 8, 11:42 AM

Pop singer Madonna performs during her concert at the ...
AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - Amsterdam prosecutors said Friday a 63-year-old priest has confessed to phoning in a fake bomb threat to a Madonna concert in the Dutch capital city last week.

"He was hoping to stop her from performing her famous 'crucifixion' act," prosecution spokesman Robert Meulenbroek said, referring to a scene in the 48-year-old pop star's latest show.

The scene, a mock re-enactment of the crucifixion of Christ, offended some Christians during earlier concerts in Italy and Germany. Two Amsterdam concerts went ahead as planned on Sunday and Monday, despite a handful of protesters.

Meulenbroek said it was likely prosecutors would seek a community service punishment for the priest, since it was very likely this was his first such offense.

The priest was arrested almost immediately after making the threat Sunday, since he used his home phone to make it, and he called an emergency services number where the call was automatically traced.

The priest was brought before a judge Friday and has been released pending judgment, Meulenbroek said. "We take bomb threats seriously, but in this case it was clear very quickly that it was not real," he said.

RIP Steve Irwin

I'm going to do my best to make this post short. Since my last post, one thing that happened was my grandpa needed to get surgery to remove a cancerous tumor on his bladder. We have gone to see them the past 3 weekends in a row. The first weekend, they were talking with us and somehow TV shows came up. They asked about 24. It turned out they had seasons 1-3 on DVD. I have them for now. The second weekend, my uncle was there. When we got back here, we learned my cousin that got married last October was going to leave his job with Enterprise Cars to go sign on with a casino in Vegas. Perhaps he can score us some rooms next time we're in the area.... So anyway he was unsure who to quit to because he's pretty much the head guy in his large area. He can't find his superiors. So the 3rd time, this past weekend, my grandpa was in Intensive care after surgery. On saturday, he was sleeping. On sunday, he made a big improvement and could talk again. He was even allowed to eat solid food (ice cubes). So tennis at Klahaya ended and then SW picked up. I made JV this year and me and Scott Anderson are high doubles. That's because we are great. We won our first meet against Mariner. More stuff has happened, but I don't want to talk about it because its not more important than my summer homework.

Ok, so I finished putting up all the pictures from vacation that I decided to use. I noticed some of you checked while I was putting them up. For those of you that haven't, you might as well. They are in order from the picture of legoland below this to the bottom. I have a lot to post about stuff since I got back, but I'll get to that later.
